</ul><ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="color: #666666;">Launch GTA IV and now you should be able to change the settings!</span></li>
</ul><span style="color: #666666;">2) Resources are soo low! What do I do?!</span><br />
<ul style="text-align: left;"><li><span style="color: #666666;">After the inverted commas, add the following command: -availablevidmem X.0 where X is the maximum amount of Dedicated Video Memory! (Make sure the value ends in .0, no matter what!)</span></li>
