GTA IV Common Errors Fix

Grand Theft Auto IV is an open world action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games. It was released on 29 April 2008 for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles, and on 2 December 2008 on Microsoft Windows.
GTA IV is an Open-World game in which the user can explore while killing everyone on sight. Even though it is an awesome game, it comes packed with MANY bugs! So here are fixes for the most recurring ones:

            

1) Can't change settings because of exceeding resource limit:

• after the inverted commas, add -nomemrestrict -norestrictions

• Launch GTA IV and now you should be able to change the settings!

2) Resources are soo low! What do I do?!

• After the inverted commas, add the following command: -availablevidmem X.0 where X is the maximum amount of Dedicated Video Memory! (Make sure the value ends in .0, no matter what!)

3) I'm on a Intel card and I keep getting "error video driver has crashed" or "GTAIV has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"
