Saints Row 3 Low FPS Fix 100% working 2016

Saints Row: The Third is a 2011 open world action-adventure video game developed by Volition and published by THQ. It is the third title in the Saints Row series. As in the previous games, the player-character leads the Third Streets Saints gang in a turf war against three rival gangs using a variety of weapons and vehicles in single-player and cooperative play. The series, and especially this title, is known for its crazy scenarios and lighthearted gameplay. It was released on November 15, 2011 for Microsoft Windows,PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360, and later abroad.

1. Download Saints Row 3 Low FPS patch/Fix
2. Once downloaded, head to the location of the game and paste the file there
3. It is VERY important that you don't even OPEN the settings menu in-game. Doing so will result in the settings to get reset and so you will have to do all this again! 
4. If you want, set the file to "Read Only" so that the game can't change the config file. If you change the setting to read only, you will be able to view the settings in-game without having to do the method again!
5. Feel free to play around with these settings. If you have a greater resolution than 1366*768, then change so in the settings file manually.

• Lighting detail: High
• Scene detail: High
• Reflections: High
• Post Process: Off
